A 30-minute call with your host. We talk about your building, your unit, your goals (revenue, lifestyle, both), and the dates you want to keep for yourself. A straight answer on whether we're a fit.
We meet at the property. A senior team member assesses what's already perfect, what we'd add (linens, art, presentation), and any small changes needed to bring it to standard. Written proposal within 48 hours.
Sign the management agreement. We help set up your STR licence and platform registration, install smart-locks, coordinate photography, and assemble the welcome book. You sign from anywhere; we do the rest in person.
Live across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and our own direct-booking site, tuned to Kelowna's seasons. First booking usually inside a week.
Guests receive responsive support, turnovers are photo-checked. You get a monthly statement, a quarterly call, and owner-ready reporting you can share with your accountant. Block any week you want for yourself.

Lake Life is short-term-stay only. If you want a 6-month lease, we'll happily refer you to a long-term partner.
